Joseph O'Kelly (BSC, MBA ,PhD)

Rolfing Structural Integration

Contact.

Email: joe@okellyrolfing.com

Phone: +353 86 804 5218

Having endured severe back problems for several years, and undergoing numerous treatments, Joe was told by a surgeon that he should never play sport or practice yoga again. He was 24 years of age. Luckily, some years later he had the great fortune to come across Rolfing and, after receiving the Rolfing® "Ten Series", Joe resumed pain free physical activity.

Rolfing® had a dramatic effect; it helped relieve his back pain, increased energy, and gave an ease in the body (and mind!). Whether through injury and pain, lack of breathing capacity, inability to move freely and efficiently, or an urge to feel better in and about themselves, people can benefit both physically and mentally from Rolfing.

It has been life changing for Joe; it has opened many doors of possibility and given a whole new outlook and perspective on life. Joe’s enthusiasm continues to grow and he looks forward to be able to accompany people on their own Rolfing journey.
